Refund policy

We want you to love what you receive! If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:

Seeds & Plants
Due to the nature of seeds and live plants, we cannot accept returns once they’ve left our store. If your seeds arrive damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Merchandise (Swag & Gifts)

  • Unworn, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Workshops & Events

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the event: full refund.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours: you’ll receive either a finished product or a take-home kit.

Digital Gift Cards
Non-refundable.
